My Slam Entry

This is for a contest for my College's Literary Arts Magazine. It was an assignment for class but if I am choosen then I get $100 and bragging rights haha but this one took me a while. I love how it turned out though. They said I should use red because the last issue that was red seemed to catch the attention of people because they went like crazy so I tried to do something different while using red. I had a hard time for a while getting the letters and bubbles with the letters to stand out, it was all really fuzzy and just soft looking so I gave the bubbles a drop shadow and an outer glow which seemed to work out great.
